[Update]: CitySearch announced the “Salon & Spa” winners Friday. Azur Salon took the top spot in “Best Haircut in Houston” (2nd year in a row) and was runner up for “Best Hair Color,” “Best Hair Straightener,” and “Best Blowout.”
